Hello dear friends, I hope that at some point over the years, I’ve been able to share a thing or two that has been useful to you. Today I’d like to share something someone shared that was useful to me. First, a (very) quick recap- we HAVE thoughts, but we are not our thoughts. Most problems exist primarily within those thoughts. Not all thoughts are a problem. In fact, not even the thoughts that are a problem, are really a problem in and of themselves. Our relationship with our thoughts is often a problem. Just because we think something, doesn’t make it true. We have a tendency to hold onto some thoughts and push other thoughts away, this is clinging and aversion, which according to Buddhism is the root of most (if not all) suffering. Alright, here’s the visualization I was given, specifically about aversion. I hope it helps you. PS- If you’re in New Mexico, Arizona, or California I’m heading out
