New class and some old wisdom
Dear friends today I’d like to share two things with you. First, a Taoist quote that’s made its way back into my life lately. Perhaps it will be useful for you as well:

Next, I’d like to share that I will have a course meeting weekly at our new studio Yoga et Massage Pour Vous in Montreal. The course is called Yoga & Meditation, it's an hour-long, all-levels class that's about half postures and breathing exercises so we can sit in meditation for the second half of class. Very similar to what we do in Nirodha Sangha. I'll be offering an online/hybrid option if anyone is interested in joining us!
